Shipping
UK domestic shippingNational shipping within the UK usually takes 2-3 business days and is free of charge. Hoemo World uses Royal Mail as the freight agent and all products are sent ‘First Class Signed For’.
International shippingInternational shipping usually takes 5-11 business days and is £6. Delivery to countries outside of the UK may carry additional fees and taxes, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note Hoemo World has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.
RETURNS
Returns and ExchangesIf you’d like to return or exchange your order then please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email info@hoemo.world with ‘RETURN’ or ‘EXCHANGE’ and your order number in the subject field. Goods must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order. Returned products need to be in their original packaging, be unused and in their complete and original condition. Hoemo World does not cover the cost of returns postage. Exchanged goods will be sent out free of charge once the returned item has been received, inspected and processed.
